Language and Culture
Kutuchchari union is a tribal chakma community. However, there are some people living in Tangchena and Marma. Traditionally Chakma has lived in Chakma language. The people of Chakma community also learned to speak Bangla language because of the Chakmas leaving the country. Language and culture are being changed because of the development of education. These people will further advance in more languages ​​and education in the future.
